What to contact us about

  • A model library correctionWrong coupling, wrong bur type, a model we have transcribed incorrectly. Please include the source if you have one.
  • A part enquiryTell us what you are holding and what it is doing, and we will tell you what the part is normally called and what else to check.
  • Repair helpOpen the repair help section and start from the ready-made message there, so we get the details in one go.
  • A guide suggestionA decision you are trying to make that is not covered yet.
  • Partnerships and service partnersIf you repair, supply or distribute handpieces and want to be considered as a partner, say which markets you cover and what you can actually deliver.

Write to us

There is no contact form on this site, and nothing to fill in that gets submitted anywhere — there is no server-side code behind the site at all. Every route below is an ordinary email link: your own mail app opens, with a short skeleton in the message, and you send it from your own account.

Pick the closest starting point

If a button does nothing, your mail app is probably not registered for pre-filled links — use the copy button and paste into a new message, or just write to hello@handpiece.com.

What to include

The single most useful thing you can send is a clear photo of the engraving on the handpiece body. Beyond that:

  • Brand and model as engraved — not as remembered.
  • Coupling pattern, or a photo of the end that plugs into the tubing.
  • The symptom and roughly how long it has been happening.
  • What has already been replaced, if anything.
  • Your country, if the answer depends on which service route is available to you.
About what we can promise

We are not a distributor and we do not have a service desk with 24-hour cover. If something is urgent and clinical, treat it as an equipment fault and take the instrument out of service — do not wait for a reply from a website.
